Zenith Portfolio Services offers two services, the premium service which involves the entire establishment and compliance administration in accordance with the relevant regulations enabling members to realise the goal of governing their own financial destiny. An existing Self Managed Superannuation Fund can also transfer its administration to Zenith. We also offer an annual service involving only the production of the annual financial statements, income tax return and facilitation of the annual audit.

Premium Service

Establishment involves

• Trust Deed compilation
• Investment strategy design and implementation
• Membership applications
• Consent to act as a trustee
• Beneficiary Nominations
• Application for regulation by the ATO (including TFN and ABN application
• Assistance with establishing bank and broker accounts
• Assistance with rollovers from exiting funds

The administration service offered includes:

• Receipt and processing of funds mail
• Preparation of monthly investment and transaction reports
• Facilitation of investment purchases and sales
• Trust Deed amendments on change of law
• Compliance Monitoring
• Benefit payment compliance and ATO reporting
• Commencement and calculation of income streams

• Preparation and lodgement of business activity statement or instalment activity statements as required
• Maintain records of any investment including details of any sale or purchases
• Maintenance of investment register for capital gains tax purposes
• Hold all investment documents in safe custody.
• Maintain day-to-day transactions whereby Zenith will hold, collect and account for all investment income, imputation credits, capital gains etc for the clients portfolio
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Preparation of annual member benefit statements
• calculation of tax liability or tax refund due
• Preparation and lodgement of superannuation surcharge returns for each member including calculation of liability payable where applicable
